A smart and thrilled young Ghanaian lady by the name of Abigail Yayra Asafo recently spoke about some of her latest accomplishments.
In a LinkedIn post, Abigail announced that she graduated from the prestigious Ashesi University with first class honors in business administration after running a popcorn company, among other things.
“On June 4, I graduated from Ashesi University with a degree in business administration. Ashesi is one of the best things that has happened to me, and I couldn’t have come this far without Ashesi’s education. “

The young woman told that during her studies she held various managerial positions, and also had to manage the companies she had created, but she was always able to devote time to her books.

“At Ashesi, I held several management positions, ran a popcorn business among other businesses, and worked with different companies in different industries. I also joined prestigious fellowships such as the Melton Foundation, the John A. Kufuor Foundation, and the Millennium Campus Network (MCN).”
According to her, Ashesi is one of the best things that ever happened to her and she doesn’t take it lightly. Abigail added that her hard work at school paid off as she received a prestigious presidential award.
“Today I am graduating with first class honors, and I was privileged to be one of three students to receive the prestigious Presidential Awards.”

Abigail expressed how proud she was of her achievement and hoped for bigger and better things.
